Completion of day-to-day tax related tasks (checking of Online Correspondences, letters, Cameral letters and respond to the Tax Department)
Arrangement for regular communication with the accounting department as well as other departments for performance of job duties
Organizing and updating company's tax database files
Preparation and submission to the tax system of recoverable package
Analysis of tax invoices related to agricultural suppliers in order to exclude from recoverable package
Extracting data from COINS system for calculation RC VAT, VAT Output Payable Sales, receivables
Reconciliation of payments with all received tax invoices
Preparation of custom declaration list
Analyze of BI reports (Sales report) to calculate VAT output liability
Calculation of VAT on Margin to submit report regarding agricultural products
Entering batches to GL (VAT Input, VAT Output, Custom, RC VAT, WHT, Property tax, Land tax, PIT)
Calculation of stock loss/wastage
Preparation of reconciliation files between Tax Sheet and COINS system
Calculation and submission of Property Tax report
Calculation and submission of Profit Tax report
Calculation and submission of Land Tax report
Analyze of BI reports, check VAT codes and inform Commercial team about mistakes
Submission to the Tax Department detailed information about Receivables and Payables
Preparation of budgeting for tax purposes
Checking and approval of VAT codes for new products from Commercial team
Gathering data (tax invoices, payments) for recovering process for each supplier

Namizədə tələblər

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in tax accounting or tax management, preferably within a retail, wholesale, or market chain environment.
In-depth knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
