Job Summary:
PASHA Travel LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the company’s financial function and drive financial excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, ensure strong financial governance, and act as a key business partner to senior leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations, including receivables, payables, cash management, and reconciliations.
Manage agent-related financial processes, contract reviews, and operational finance inquiries.
Lead and supervise month-end closing activities.
Prepare and submit Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports.
Prepare and deliver Revenue, CapEx, and Aging Reports.
Oversee salary and payroll processing with full accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and submit revenue analysis and corporate sales.
Lead quarterly P&L and Cash Flow reforecasting.
Prepare strategic plan updates.
Calculate KPIs versus actual results and ensure timely execution of bonus payments.
Conduct pre-project sales and liquidity analysis.
Monitor project profitability and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage post-project reconciliations and financial reporting.
Lead and coordinate year-end closing activities.
Prepare the annual budget and financial plans for the upcoming fiscal year.
Calculate and execute annual bonus payments.
