Required skills:

Study: Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Accounting and related fields.
Experience: minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge (language, programs, etc.): Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is desirable), and advanced use of MS Office.
Special Skills (speech, analytical thinking etc.):

Theoretical knowledge of generally accepted principles and rules of accounting, international financial management and economic principles;
Logical and analytical thinking and initiative;
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships;
Accuracy, attentiveness, planning and organizational skills.
Personal qualities (stress-resistant, etc.):

Stress-resilient, disciplined, and deadline-oriented.
Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
Teamwork skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
