Responsibilities:
Preparation expense reports
Knowledge of internal accounting work (invoices, electronic invoices, internal reports, etc.)
Reconciliation of purchase and sales invoices
Ability to work on e-taxes.gov.az, e-gov.az, EMAS and other portals
Settlement of payables and receivables report
Processing transactions and payments on Internet banking
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Performing additional tasks assigned by management
