Required job duties are to:
Control
• Provide guidance and support to team members in their respective roles;
• Lead, coach, motivate and evaluate own staff;
• Period End Closing.

Record the following transactions and ensure the balance is valid at each month end:
• Customer Invoice;
• Payroll journal entry;
• Employee loan;
• Other Current Assets;
• Perform aging analysis for AP/AR items and ensure the balance is valid at each month end;
• Communicate with Chief Accountant to ensure that the Tax figures are valid at month end;
• Ensure the cash register balance is valid at month end;
• Verify all the other balances have been correctly registered by a Bookkeeper.
Management Reporting:
• Perform variance analysis for P&L and BS and provide explanations;
• Perform budget vs actual analysis;
• Create short/long term cash forecast schedules;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for reporting purposes.
Others:
• Assist Financial Control in preparation of annual budgets
Our financial proposal:
Basic salary: 1500-2000 AZN net

You will report to Cluster Finance Manager
Your working hours will start from 09:30 (02:00 pm for part time) am till 06:00 pm for 5 days of the week.
Your vacation is determined based on Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
