Required skills:
• Study: Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Accounting and related fields.
• Experience: minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge (language, programs, etc.): Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is desirable), and advanced use of MS Office.
Special Skills (speech, analytical thinking etc.):
• Theoretical knowledge of generally accepted principles and rules of accounting, international financial management and economic principles;
• Logical and analytical thinking and initiative;
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships;
• Accuracy, attentiveness, planning and organizational skills.
Personal qualities (stress-resistant, etc.):
• Stress-resilient, disciplined, and deadline-oriented.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
• Teamwork skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
