Job Description:
Bridge Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and assist in financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bookkeeping services, including recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger
Record vendor bills daily in accordance with the e-qaimə list
Reconcile suppliers’ e-qaimə with handover notes
Record bank transactions on a daily basis
Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial budgets
Ensure all financial figures are supported by proper documentation and approvals
Prepare ad-hoc reports based on requests from senior team members
Participate in inventory counts
Perform ad-hoc fieldwork as required
Reports directly to the Cluster Manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
